Who We Are

The Fifteenth Avenue Baptist Community Development Corporation (FABCDC) is a faith-based 501(c)(3) organization incorporated by the Fifteenth Avenue Baptist Church in April 1999.  We are a bastion of hope and encouragement.

We connect vulnerable individuals to opportunities and services so they can overcome adversity, experience an improved quality of life and participate in the revitalization of their community.

What We Do

The services and opportunities that FABCDC provides directly or through indirect support in partnership with other organizations are:

Educational

  • Financial Management Classes and Credit Counseling 
  • Pre/Post Purchase Homebuyer Education Classes
  • Free Income Tax Preparation for Low- to Moderate-Income Families 
  • Consultation with Regional Community-Based Organizations and Faith-Based Organizations



Economic Development

  • Workforce Development
  • Build and Rehab Property for Rental and Ownership



Indirect Services

  • Senior Day Care
  • Early Childhood Day Care
  • Food Ministry Programs
  • After-school Tutoring Services
