In 2009 the FABCDC Board of Directors developed a new strategic plan to guide our organization, establishing the following six goals:

 

Goal 1:
 

To develop programs and services to further the mission of the organization

To engage and support partnerships

 
 

Goal 3: 
 

To secure the funds needed to accomplish our mission

 
 

Goal 4:
 

To insure organization capacity will support present and future work

 
 

Goal 5:
 

To recruit and develop volunteers to support the mission

 
 

Goal 6:
 

To effectively market and communicate the present and future work
