942 Jefferson Street Complex

FABCDC collaborated with the North Nashville Community Development Corporation, MDHA, and the Mayor’s Office in 2005 to build 942 Jefferson Street Complex, a beautiful 18,000 square foot mixed-used project.  The 942 Jefferson Street Complex contains 6,000 square feet of commercial office space on the ground floor and 12 one- and two- bedroom apartments on the second and third floors. 

The loft-style apartments vary in size from 535 to 970 square feet and feature an open floor plan with carpeting, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, along with a spectacular view of the Nashville skyline.  Washer and dryer facilities are located on each floor and gated parking is available.  This is a great location with easy access to the bus line, interstate, downtown, the Farmer's Market, and North Nashville.
