In 2005 FABCDC built Fifteenth Avenue Baptist Village Manor, an affordable retirement living facility for low-income seniors (62 years and older).  Located at 1015 Scovel Street, Fifteenth Avenue Baptist Village Manor provides 25 one-bedroom apartment homes. 

For those who qualify, rent payments do not exceed 30% of adjusted personal monthly income.  Rent includes gas, electric, water, and trash removal.  Village Manor also includes a number of amenities, such as on-site laundry, community room, apartments furnished with carpeting, range and refrigerator, emergency pull cords, elevator, personal mailboxes, and planned social activities, allowing residents to maintain an independent lifestyle.
