942 jefferson building
The FABCDC collaborated with the North Nashville Community Development Corporation, MDHA and the Mayor's Office in 2005 to build the 942 Jefferson Building, a beautiful 18,000 square feet mixed-use project. The 942 Jefferson Building contains 6,000 square feet of commercial office space on the ground floor and 12 one- and two-bedroom loft-inspired apartments on the second and third floors.

Fifteenth Avenue Baptist VillagE Manor
In 2005, The FABCDC sponsored the construction of The Fifteenth Avenue Baptist Village Manor, an affordable retirement living property for seniors (62 years and older. Located at 1015 Scovel Street, the Village Manor provides 25 one-bedroom apartment homes.
For those who qualify, monthly rental payments do not exceed 30% of adjusted personal monthly income.
